Initial Meeting & Consultation
One of our Senior Project Managers will meet with you in person to do a complimentary consultation and walk through of your space to discuss your needs, vision and wish list for your potential project. At this stage, to craft your vision, you can bring your own designer or Promark can provide a list of top designers we’ve worked with to match your aesethetic.
PreConstruction: Strategic Planning & Design
After the initial consult a Senior Project Manager will prepare a preliminary budget and schedule, detailing how Promark will transform your space. After the initial consultation, we move into the preconstruction stage.
At this stage you will be introduced to our Buildertrend construction management software which will be used to communicate openly throughout the project, post photos of progress and share any relevant updates.
Construction
The work begins! Our Promark team will be onsite getting your job done efficiently and at the highest level of quality and workmanship. A dedicated Project Manager will be in constant communication throughout the project to give you regular updates and answer any questions.

We will conduct a final walkthrough of your space and then leave you to enjoy it. Even after our team has left, Promark will leave you with peace of mind as every project is covered by warranty.
