Bill Alcorn

Owner/Founder

Bill began his career in construction working for his father’s company, All Building Construction (ABC), providing custom housing in Invermere, British Columbia. After four years of custom home building experience, Bill became a Journeyman Carpenter and moved home to Calgary to start his family. Following jobs in heavy construction with PCL, framing, and plumbing, Bill founded Promark Construction in 1984. What began as a one-man operation doing small finishing jobs, cabinets, hanging doors, and installing windows has now evolved to a family business that manages projects ranging from total rebuild renovations, to high-end kitchens and bathrooms.

Bill has officially declared himself ‘semi-retired’ and plans to continue working alongside his son Brett, the new manager of the family business.

Brett Alcorn

Owner/Project manager

Brett has a life-long passion for construction. As a young boy, Brett would often wander to his Dad’s construction sites on his walk home from elementary school. He began working for Promark Construction in 2003, and eagerly pursued his certification as a Journeyman Carpenter following high school. Together with his brother, Brian (who later founded Paradigm Renovations), Brett spent nearly 20 years working for Promark, learning the intricate details of the business. He looks forward to continuing the Promark tradition of quality for many years to come!
